Our check-in time is 3PM. Early check-in available upon request (Pending hotel availability). A $45+ tax Early Check-in Fee may apply
What’s the check-out time at your boutique hotel?
Our check-out time is 11AM. Late Check-Out available upon request (Pending hotel availability). A $45+ tax Late Check-out Fee may apply
what’s your cancellation policy?
Travelers who cancel 48 hours or more before 8:00AM (AST) on the day of arrival will not be charged any fees. Travelers who cancel less than 48 hours before 8:00AM(AST) on the day of arrival will be charged in full; including no show reservations.
IS your hotel located above a bar?
Yes, our boutique hotel is above our restaurant. Our hotel has 2 floors; the first floor you tend to hear the music from the bar at night, but on the third floor you do not hear the sounds of the bar.
DO YOU HAVE AN ELEVATOR?
Our hotel guest suites are not currently accessible by the elevator in the building.
Although St. James Gate does not provide on-site parking, the city of Moncton has several parking options near the hotel. We suggest, parking directly across the street at the city owned Church Street Parking Garage (City Parking Fees Apply).
